Question 1: What are the shipping costs?

Answer: The shipping costs within and outside of Germany equal the processing costs of the logistics provider, namely DPD.
Please understand that we are a small business and are still at the beginning of our journey. Therefore, the shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

Question 2: Which countries are you shipping to?

Answer: At the moment we ship within the EU. We are working on offering worldwide shipping in the future.

Question 3: How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Answer: We will have your order ready for shipment in two to three business days. 

Question 4: Why do the Blackbelt Bags have different prices?

Answer: As mentioned, the buckle and the handle of our Blackbelt bag is made out of vintage belts. Therefore, there may be signs of wear and tear. Depending on the condition of the belt, prices may vary. We try to present the products on the website as accurately as possible, so that possible flaws can be seen.

Question 5: Can I wash my Eklektyk bag?

Answer: We understand that you like to keep your bag clean. However, for durability, we would not recommend washing it at home. If cleaning is unavoidable, we would recommend dry cleaning.

Question 6: Can I change or cancel my order?

Answer: You can make changes or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to process your request.

Question 7: What is your return policy?

Answer: We appreciate you choosing your bag carefully. That way, you only receive items you really want.
If something still needs to be fixed or really doesn't fit your style, email hi@eklektyk.com, and we will help you. Returns are accepted within 14 working days starting from the arrival. Of course the condition of the item must be as we sent it to you. 
The shipping costs for returns have to be paid by the customer. As soon as an accepted return arrives, we will refund the money the same way you send it to us within 14 days.
